Achieving Change with Purpose and Flexibility

Having a clear purpose increases the success with change, it helps focus together, towards a common goal. Shared purpose also calms and manages the emotions and helps generate energy and resilience in the process of achieving the end result.

Artists have always gone through this process, especially when they decided to breakaway from previous successful styles, to attempt new and different techniques and styles. An unwavering purpose, dedication and trust in the creative process kept them going ahead to often making breakthroughs. Any failure is part of the learning process, and it is especially here that the change process is vital.
